PRO-ZETA a.s. has been operating on the telecommunication market since 1991 (up to March 2012 as s.r.o.). The current priority of the company is to trade IT technology, to develop technology for sharing multimedia content, monitoring and diagnostical software, IPTV and DVB-C technology, and to build large-scale data centers.

The company consists of several divisions that cooperate closely – the hardware distribution division, the infrastructure services division, and the IoT division.

The hardware distribution division focuses on products aiming at IP service providers – data centers, service acceleration, network security, backbone technology, and access technology. We represent Arista Networks in 29 countries in Central and Eastern Europe as the primary distributor. Furthermore, the company cooperates with a number of manufacturers of optical components and data center accessories. Therefore, we are able to provide complex tailor-made solutions to meet the customer’s needs. The company has its own modern storage facilities and ensures a high level of security.

Within the infrastructure services section, we offer services in 6 countries and 15 data centers in the Central Europe region and Asia. Our products range from VPN/EoMPLS transport services, IP services collocation and provision, virtualization, and HPC to fully outsourced services of virtual structures, managed-backup, or disaster-recovery services.

Regarding the above-mentioned services, the company PRO-ZETA collaborates with numerous world-class partners to guarantee a high level of technological and operational infrastructure and, on the other hand, for them, PRO-ZETA is a valuable associate when maintenance activities in the covered regions are needed.

Currently, the company has customers in 30 countries in the world. PRO-ZETA is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

We are aware of the fact that a stable high level of quality is reached only when a policy that comprises both all company activities and all company employees is implemented. Satisfying the needs of our customers belongs to our daily priorities.

1. Quality

Quality, guaranteed by our acknowledged partners among other things, is the top priority in our company. Quality is defined by the qualifications and initiative of our employees. We realise that the quality of company processes determines our future, thus, we try hard to offer perfect products and services to our customers.

2. Respecting the customer

Our products and services come up to the agreed quality standards and are delivered on time. We maintain close relations with all our customers which enables us to flexibly react to all their requirements, needs, and expectations.

3. Thrift and effectivity

Cooperation with our suppliers is based on partner-like relationships. We implement such measures that allow us to cut the costs and prevent any means of inefficiency from happening; especially in the field of energy-saving, by implementing consumption-saving technology, for instance in cooperation with ARISTA technologies.

4. Co-workers

We value creative and qualified employees, who are willing to grow professionally in their areas of interest. Therefore, we try hard to motivate them to work well and productively, which reflects a continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. As for our key workers, we support their development in their specialization, management and communication skills, and teamwork.

5. Information security

We have implemented an information security system to ensure business continuity; to minimize damage risks by preventing security incidents from happening and by reducing the damage impacts on the company, our customers, and third parties; to protect company assets from all internal, external, targeted, or random security incidents, or in case of such an incident to reduce the impact to a bearable degree; to protect information from unauthorized access; to ensure information confidentiality; to ensure information integrity; to ensure the availability of information in business processes; to take and implement measures resulting from legislation affecting company processes; to invent a business continuity plan; to maintain crucial policies and to make sure they are up-to-date; to provide regular information security training for all employees; and to report current, or possible security incidents to the responsible person who thoroughly analyses them afterward.

The integrated system policy has been issued as a stand-alone document and has been presented to all employees.
